Rishi Matta

Rishi Matta joined Syntel in September 2007 and is responsible for the overall delivery of the Healthcare BPO. At Zavata (Apollo), Rishi was heading Operations for one side of US Healthcare (Payor voice processes) and also lead enterprise solutions from inception till maturity.
Prior to Zavata, Rishi served with DELL as Senior Manager, Insurance and Sales for Dell Home Sales to EMEA countries. Prior to DELL, Rishi worked with Convergys and was responsible for analyzing and driving the processes’ business potential, client relations and manpower planning. Rishi has also worked with EXL Services.
Rishi has more than 10 years of work experience in various BPO organizations in profiles which span operations, training, workforce analytics, capacity planning, acquisition functions, project mapping, process improvement and performance management.
Rishi holds an MBA in Marketing & TQM and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce. Rishi is certified in sales skills from Prosell, London and currently pursuing his Project Management Certification.
